Community Development Timeline

The grand Community Entry and Visitors  Plaza are ready for your enjoyment. Next to the Grand Community Entry is the Onsite Manager’s Residence surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The onsite resident manager upholds the quality and appearance of the community, common areas and amenities.

The masterfully constructed Willow Bay Yacht Club is complete, while the interior finishing touches are being put into place. It is truly a gorgeous building with phenomenal water, meadow and mountain views!

Boat slips gracefully await you on the water's edge at the Yacht Club Marina, and boat storage availability will begin this summer.

A limited series of six, Lake Cabin-Styled Homes will be built at The Crossing at Willow Bay by Sullivan Homes Idaho. Three of these homes are currently under construction. This enclave of homes, situated near the Willow Bay Yacht Club, range in size from 1,800 to nearly 3,200 square feet. In addition, Sullivan Homes Idaho will be offering its distinctive Lake Cabin Series of homes on selected homesites throughout the community. All other homes are expected to be custom built by a select list of Signature Builders.

The Trail System is in place and offers roughly three miles of hiking and mountain biking trails that link together community amenities. During winter, the system makes an excellent cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trail so members may enjoy it all year long. The Trail System also accesses Cedar Cove, a quiet retreat set among graceful old growth cedars.

Scheduled for completion in 2009, the Upland Sports Center will offer activities for residents of all ages in one location. It will include a tennis court, basketball court, sheltered picnic pavilion, sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits and play structure for younger children.

All interior roadways are paved and ready for use. All homesites have utilities in place, including electricity, water, telephone, high-speed internet and satellite-fed cable television (natural gas is not available and only underground propane tanks will be allowed).
